eDiscovery PM Century City LA
As a Technology Project Manager, you will:
- Provide day to day eDiscovery system support to case teams and clients
- Consult with case teams regarding best practices for eDiscovery document management, production format, and the use of technology to facilitate review workflow
- Report regularly to case teams about discovery project status.
- Document and track case information and data
- Enter and update project details in the appropriate case and task management systems
- Collaborate with staff attorneys to batch documents and establish coding requirements
- Conduct advanced searches within Relativity and other eDiscovery systems
- Analyze eDiscovery technology usage and prepare recommendations to enhance cost efficiencies
- Coordinate with data analysts regarding data processing requirements, productions and other deliverables
- Set up user permissions, logins and review screens for project attorney document reviews
- Collaborate with vendors regarding outsource projects
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor spend
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years of work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
- Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative, as well as part of a team
