About Nikki MacCallum

Nikki MacCallum has over twelve years of experience in the executive search space with a focus on litigation technology and e-discovery. She’s spoken at conferences on career development globally and was most recently the Key Note speaker for a Career Panel Workshop at American Express. For the past five years she’s sat on the Board of Directors of the New York City Chapter of Women in eDiscovery and has authored articles on behalf of both WiE and ILTA. She currently volunteers with New York City’s Coalition for the Homeless where she mentors and empowers underprivileged women entering the work force. Outside of the industry Nikki is a playwright, marathoner, stand-up comic, performer, and a die-hard New England Patriots fan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University.
