Step two of the interview process: be prepared. Candidates going into an interview need to dress for business –go into your interview looking professional and polished. Bring copies of your resume and be prepared to share it with the interviewer. You need to make a good first impression. Make eye contact, offer a firm handshake, be seated with good posture and listen intently. Research the company prior to the interview to understand their history and the work that they are currently doing. Read the job description thoroughly and be prepared to demonstrate that your skills match the job offering.
