Resumes are the first impression you get to make on a company. Resumes are also living, breathing documents and you need to tailor your resume to meet the job for which you are applying. Job descriptions generally contain the details you need to tailor your resume. This is particularly important today where hiring managers and recruiter are storing resumes in database and using keywords from the job description to identify candidates whose resumes fit the job requirements.
